I’m a health and safety professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen health and safety performance, manage risk, and build strong safety cultures. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across several industries, supporting complex operations and large multi-site organizations.
I’ve had the opportunity to start my career helping a single site location and progressed to leading safety programs for large, complex organizations with hundreds of locations operating across Canada (and in select States in the USA). These experiences have allowed me to work closely with local, regional, and national leadership teams while also supporting frontline operations, giving me a practical understanding of how safety systems need to function in the real world.
My focus is on developing practical health and safety management solutions, improving regulatory compliance, and helping organizations integrate safety into everyday operations. I have experience implementing systems aligned with standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, leading incident investigations and root cause analysis, and supporting organizations through COR audit preparation and certification. As an External Certified COR Auditor, I understand the audit process and help organizations prepare with confidence while building systems that stand the test of time.
In my career, I’ve held senior leadership roles including Director of Health, & Safety and Regional Manager of Environment, Health & Safety. These roles have provided me with the oportunity to hone my strategic skills with hands-on experience. My approach is practical and collaborative — focused on solutions that reduce risk, improve performance, and support long-term business success.
